Our clones are living plants, sold for horticultural and educational purposes only. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws in their jurisdiction (Country, State, Province, and Municipality) before placing an order.

Courier Selection

We select the most reliable courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on your location, order size, and shipping needs.

Dispatch Schedule

Clone orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to reduce the risk of weekend delays that could affect plant health.

Order Processing vs. Shipping Time

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery speed depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers should monitor carrier tracking updates for the most accurate delivery status.

We may send order updates by SMS. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Carriers are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.

Customer Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer. Any delivery issues (delays, lost packages, damages) must be resolved directly with the courier using your tracking number.

Delivery times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, supply chain issues, or public health events. Please allow extra time during these periods.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not accept card payments for international shipments. Availability and compliance with local laws vary by country.
